Consent to Third-Party Provision of Personal Information

For whistleblowing reports, personal information may be provided to partner companies or related companies for report handling.

Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

To provide better services and convenience, Korea K Valve Corp. may entrust personal information processing to third parties.
When concluding entrustment contracts, we stipulate prohibition of processing beyond the entrusted purpose, technical and managerial safeguards, restrictions on re-entrustment, management/supervision of trustees, and liability for damages in contracts and supervise secure processing in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
