This system prevents misconduct, ethical violations, and unfair practices both inside and outside the organization and responds quickly and fairly; thus, laying the foundation for becoming a trusted organization.

1. Reporting Guidelines

  • Provide personal information of both the reporter and the subject of the report.
  • Report the details of misconduct and submit supporting evidence based on the 5W1H principle.
  • If the misconduct is ongoing or urgent, however, reports may be submitted based on facts alone even without supporting evidence.

nor reveals any information that may suggest such without their consent.

1. Protection Scope
Whistleblower protection applies only when accurate evidence is submitted under one’s real name. In addition, all report information concerning whistleblowers and related stakeholders will be strictly protected.

  • 1) Whistleblower identity
  • 2) Evidence provided or information collected in relation to the report
  • 3) Matters that may imply the identity of related persons
  • 4) Follow-up measures after reporting the results
3. Protection Policy
  • 1) The matters above are treated as strictly confidential, and the reporting system is safeguarded by a secure security system.
  • 2) If the whistleblower is confirmed to have suffered disadvantage or punishment as a result of the report, restorative or equivalent compensation measures will be implemented.
  • 3) If a whistleblower reports his/her own misconduct, sufficient consideration will be given for reasonable handling.
